· How do I sign up as a member?
There are two ways to sign up as an Asian American Association Member. You can either sign up online or you can call us at 1-888-411-ASIA and a representative will assist you.

· Are there any fees?
No, this is a non-fee membership.

· How long does it take to process my membership?
You instantly become a member when you signup online or by phone. A membership number will be given to you immediately after receiving your information and a welcome letter will be sent within 10 business days.

· Will my information be shared with a third party?
AAA understands the privacy of our members therefore, as a member you will not receive junk mail, emails, and phone calls from businesses other than our partners. It's important for our members to be informed of our benefits therefore only our servcie providers like DHL and Liberty Mutual, will have access to our email address.

· I lost my Asian American Membership ID card, how can I get a new one?
If you lost your member ID card, please call 1-888-411-ASIA to receive a replacement card.

· Does Asian American Association hold events for the public or members?
The Asian American Association holds various events throughout the year. Our major event is held at the annual Asian American Exposition near the beginning of the year.

· How can I cancel my membership if I needed to?
If you are dissatisfied with your membership for any reason, please call customer service at 1-888-411-ASIA and a representative will assist you.

· How can my business become a partner with the Asian American Association?
